We provide a full spare parts service for all equipment we sell and service. We can usually source most parts within 2 - 3 days to minimise downtime for all of our customers. We have developed many excellent relationships throughout the years with all of our suppliers of spare parts. This has lead to us receiving very good discount rates which we can then pass onto our customer.

We usually carry a stock of replacement machines that are loaned out to customers when their own equipment breaks down. This loan service coupled with our ability to quickly source parts ensures any disruption a customer feels is kept to a bare minimum.
